Can I cancel my Oyen Preventive Care plan?

The Oyen Preventive Care Plan has been updated to the Oyen Pet Wellness plan as of 3 October 2023.

If you purchased the Oyen Pet Wellness Plan from 3 October 2023 onwards, the details & benefits of your plan will be slightly different than the following.

Yes you can! You may cancel your Oyen Preventive Care subject to the following cancellation policy.

  • If you have not submitted a claim or have withdrawn or non-processed claims:
    a) Cancellation request is within first 60 days: You will be refunded in full.
    b) Cancellation request is after 60 days: No refund will be offered.
  • If you have submitted claims (including claims that are pending review, pending payment or have been successfully reimbursed):
    No refund will be offered.

You may cancel your plan with us by emailing to care@oyen.my with your request.

We will review your request and send you an email to confirm your plan cancellation.

You will then be refunded within 5 working days from the email confirmation date. The funds will be transferred to the bank account that you provided.
