How do I claim for burial cost?

We're sorry to hear about the loss of your pet :( Please keep the receipt from your vet or any undertaker service provider for handling your pet's burial or crematorium cost.

Login to your user dashboard at https://oyen.my/account/oyen-log-in, then submit your claims on the Claim section of your user profile. Do remember to select "Burial and Cremation Costs" under nature of claims.
