How do I submit my travel insurance claims and how long does it take to be approved?

All our travel claims submission process is online and you may submit the claim to Oyen to receive your reimbursement. The link for submission (Google Form) can be found in your welcome email.

  1. Submit any supporting documents such as medical reports, photos, receipts, etc., so that we can gather the documents for our insurance partner.
  2. Ensure your bank account details are accurate (Same Legal Name as Policy) and bank information is correct.
  3. Oyen will review the claim and once approved (or unsuccessful), we will notify you via email on your claim status. 
  4. Once your claim has been approved, the funds will be transferred to the bank account that you provided.
