How do I update my bank account details to receive my claims payout?

Updating bank account details to receive claims payout

On your Oyen dashboard, click on "Bank details", and complete your bank account details with your bank's name, account holder name (has to be the same as policyholder) and account number.

Please also double check that your IC Number is correct and up to date to prevent delay in receiving claims payout.
