How do I upload my pet cat's vet ID and pet photo?


Once you have insured your pet cat with us, we urge you to upload a form of vet ID, as proof of ownership for our insurance partner to process your policy with us. 

The document can be either a vaccination card/record, health card from your vet clinic, veterinary receipt, medical report, or pedigree certificate. Only 1 document is needed.


Here is a sample of pet health card that you can submit and what we are looking for:

Oyen - Vet Medical ID Example (Cat)Here are the steps to take to upload the vet ID & a cute photo of your pet cat:

  1. Login to your Oyen Dashboard using your email and password.
  2. On your dashboard, click on your insured pet's profile.
  3. Click on 'Pet details' and on the right panel, click on 'Upload Vet ID & Photo'

  4. For the vet ID, upload the front page of your document that clearly shows your pet's and your details (as shown above in the sample)
  5. For the pet photo, upload a cute photo where we can clearly see your furkid's cute face. 
  6. Click 'Submit'

Do ensure that your combined photos are below 5MB in total. :)
