How to update my bank details?


All claims are paid by MSIG Malaysia directly to your bank account. No cheques, physical forms, are required to process your claim.

For this reason, we will provide your bank details to MSIG in order to make payment to you. Please make sure your bank details are correct (as same name as policyholder) to prevent delay in receiving payment.

Fret not, all your data is subject to our Privacy Data Policy that is in line with Malaysia's PDPA Act 2010.

Here is how you can update your bank details:

  1. Login to your Oyen Dashboard using your email and password
  2. On the panel on the left, under 'Account Settings', click 'Bank Details'

  3. Select your bank name from the drop down, select your bank account type and fill in your bank account details.

  4. Click 'Update Bank Details'
