Yes, you can!
Adding Multiple Pets to a Single Policy
- Starting the Process: When you start your eligibility quiz, start with 1 pet's information first. Before the checkout page, you will be prompted with a pop-up to ask you if you want to insure a 2nd pet.
- Eligibility Check: Answer some simple eligibility questions to confirm that your pet is eligible.
- Plan Selection: Choose an insurance plan that suits your pet's needs and go to checkout
You will notice that your 2nd pet (even with the lowest-priced plan 😻) will automatically receive a 10% discount from Oyen! :)
Multi-Pet Discount Notes
- Discount Rate: Enjoy a 10% discount from Oyen when you insure your second pet with any plan.
- Eligibility for Discount: The discount only applies if both pets are insured under the same policy and the purchase is made simultaneously, in the same transaction.
- Take note: If pets are purchased separately or during renewal periods, the 10% multi-pet discount will not apply. But no worries, you can always contact us for something extra from Oyen. 😉
- First Purchase Only: Please note that this discount is only applicable for your first purchase and will not be available during renewals.
- 1 Stamp Duty: When you purchase a Group Policy, you will also only be charged the RM10 stamp duty once per policy year, so those are some extra savings too!
Mix and Match: The group policy can accommodate both cats and dogs, and you can opt for different plans for each pet.
Managing Your Group Policy
- One Account: With a group policy, you can manage and submit claims for all your pets through a single account, making it both easy and convenient.
Important Note on No Claims Discount (NCD)
- Impact of a Claim: Should any pet under the group policy file a claim successfully, the No Claims Discount (NCD) for all pets in the policy will be forfeited. This rule actually also applies to group car insurance policies, where a claim on one car will result in the loss of NCD for all cars in the policy.
Terms and Conditions
- All other policy terms and conditions continue to apply.
