      What documents do I have to submit to prove that I am the owner of my cat?

      Any one of the following can constitute as a formal documentation that can be submitted to Oyen for buying your cat insurance policy:

      1) Vet medical ID (Stating your legal name and pet's name)

      2) Vaccination Receipt/Report (Stating your legal name and pet's name)
