What is a vet medical ID?

A vet medical ID is a document (usually a physical card - see attached) to show proof of ownership of your pet cat.

Typically, a vet doctor will issue it upon vaccinating your cat, and you are required to fill in the necessary information on your card for your vet clinic's record.

Simply take a photo of this card and upload it to our website during the purchase journey.

Do ensure that the following information is clear in the photo, otherwise, we might not be able to continue with the policy without a clear proof of ownership.

1. Pet's Name and Pet Owner's name have to match the online submission

2. Stamp of the vet clinic have to be clear: showing the clinic name and address of the clinic
