Single Trip Policy
You can cancel this policy before your journey begins by providing written notice at least seven (7) days in advance. In such cases, you will receive a refund of the premium you paid for the policy.
Annual Policy
You can cancel this policy by giving written notice at least seven (7) days in advance. The refund you receive will depend on the period of coverage:
- 2 months or less: 60% of the annual premium will be refunded.
- 3 months: 50% of the annual premium will be refunded.
- 4 months: 40% of the annual premium will be refunded.
- 5 months: 30% of the annual premium will be refunded.
- 6 months: 25% of the annual premium will be refunded.
- Over 6 months: No refund will be provided.
