Can I choose any vet for the services covered under the Oyen Pet Wellness plan, or are there specific partnered clinics?

The Oyen Preventive Care Plan has been updated to the Oyen Pet Wellness plan as of 3 October 2023.

If you purchased the Oyen Preventive Care Plan prior to 3 October 2023, the details & benefits of your plan will be slightly different than the following.

Absolutely! Just make sure your chosen vet is registered with the Malaysia Veterinary Council, and they have a valid practicing certificate. You can find this information displayed at their clinic.
