How can I change my monthly payment method?

Change your monthly payment method to online banking or credit card via your Oyen account

If you are on our monthly installment plan, you can change your payment method in your Oyen account.

1. After logging in, click on your pet's name 
2. Click on "Billing"
3. Click on "Edit" next to your payment option
4. Select your new payment method (Either online bank or Credit Card)

Complete the transaction and once your payment method is updated, you will be charged on the new payment method at the same payment schedule.
