How often can my pet use each service in a year, and is there a cost limit for these services under the plan?

The Oyen Preventive Care Plan has been updated to the Oyen Pet Wellness plan as of 3 October 2023.

If you purchased the Oyen Preventive Care Plan prior to 3 October 2023, the details & benefits of your plan will be slightly different than the following.

Depending on the Oyen Pet Wellness plan that you choose, some of the services provided has a coverage cap (or limit).

For cats:

Capped at RM80 for all plans.

💉 Core Vaccines:
Cat Core & Cat Royal: 1x/year, capped at RM70.
Cat Defender: 3x/year, capped at RM210.

⛑️ Tick & Flea Prevention:
Cat Core: 1x/year, capped at RM70.
Cat Royal & Cat Defender: 3x/year, capped at RM210.

🪱 Deworming:
Cat Core: 1x/year, capped at RM40.
Cat Royal & Cat Defender: 3x/year, capped at RM120.

🥼 Virtual 1 on 1 session with a veterinarian:
Cat Core: 1x/year.
Cat Royal & Cat Defender: 2x/year.

For dogs:
