Yes, you can cancel your Oyen Takaful Kucing certificate.
However,
For annual plans, we won't be able to issue a prorated return if there is a claim (whether it is a pending claim or a paid claim).
If you have never made a claim before within the certificate period, we can return a prorated amount of the contribution you have made for your Oyen Takaful Kucing certificate.
For monthly plans, if there is a claim (whether it is a pending claim or a paid claim), you wouldn't be able to cancel your plan and will be obliged to make the rest of your contribution for the remainder of the 12 months..
If you have never made a claim before within the certificate period, you will no longer be charged for your monthly contributions going forward, however there will be no refund for any contributions made.
