Do I need to get Oyen's approval before I seek vet treatment?

No, you do not have to. All you need to do is to ensure that the vet treatment is covered under your certificate if you intend to make your claim.

You can find out more in your certificate or plan overview in your user dashboard. Also, your vet clinic has to be registered in Malaysia.
