Why do you need my bank account information?

All claims are made by Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad directly to your bank account. No cheques or physical forms are required to process your claim.

For this reason, we will provide your bank details to Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad in order to make a claims compensation to you. Please make sure your bank details are correct (same name as Certificate holder) to prevent delay in receiving your claims compensation.

Fret not, all your data is subject to our Privacy Data Policy that is in line with Malaysia's PDPA Act 2010.
