These are some eligibility criteria before we can provide cover for your furry friend:
(a) Pet Type: Cats and Dogs only
(b) Pet's Age: must be aged between twelve (12) weeks to 10 (10) years at the start date of your insurance coverage
(c) Pet's Health Conditions: be free from injury or physical disability at the start date of your insurance
(d) Location: be at all times be under your care or your family in Malaysia. (Sadly, this means you can't insure stray cats that don't live with you)
(e) Breeds: be duly licensed and not fall under banned or restricted breeds as prescribed by the Government or Public or Local Authority (for dogs)
(f) Tagging: be microchipped (for dogs)
(g) Job: not be a working dog (a pet that is used to perform practical tasks, in opposed to being a pet or a companion)
