What are the exclusions for my travel insurance policy under medical coverage?

An exclusion is any loss or damage that isn't covered by Oyen's insurance policy. This means you are not able to file a claim for them.

Key Exclusions

  • Pre-Existing Conditions (any illnesses/diseases that happen 12 months prior to the trip)
  • Follow-Up Treatments If Incurred:
    • 45 days after your return
    • overseas
  • Any Treatment Relating to: 
    • Treatment-related to routine and/or preventive treatments 
    • Treatment after the expiry of the policy
    • Treatment exceeding the maximum benefit
