An exclusion is any loss or damage that isn't covered by Oyen's insurance policy. This means you are not able to file a claim for them.

Key Exclusions
- Pre-Existing Conditions (any illnesses/diseases that happen 12 months prior to the trip)
- Follow-Up Treatments If Incurred:
- 45 days after your return
- overseas
- Any Treatment Relating to:
- Treatment-related to routine and/or preventive treatments
- Treatment after the expiry of the policy
- Treatment exceeding the maximum benefit
