What if I have both co-payment and deductibles?

To determine the final amount of claims reimbursement, the co-payment will apply first and then deductible.

For example, if the co-payment is 10% and the deductible is RM200 for a claim amount of RM1,000 submitted:

Less co-payment of 10% :

• RM1,000 - RM100 (10% of RM1,000) = RM900

Less deductible of RM200:

• RRM900 - RM200 = RM700

RM1,000 - RM100 (co-payment 10%) - RM200 (deductible) = RM700

Do take note that deductibles will be applied per condition. Eg. If you a visit and there are 2 more follow-up visits for the same condition, your deductible will only apply once.
