Why do I have to submit my cat's vet medical documentation and photo to qualify for the insurance?

This is to ensure that you are the legitimate owner of the pet cat that is insured. With the documents from your vets, we are able to confirm the ownership with the name of the owner (as per your official IC/Passport) and your pet cat's name appearing on the official receipt.
