How do I cancel my Oyen Insurance Plan?

We’re sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your plan, but we understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen.

If you wish to cancel your policy for any reason, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Login to your Oyen account here: https://app.oyen.my/dashboard/auth/sign_in
  2. On the left hand side of the page, Under Account Settings, click on Billing

  3. Under Policies, click on View

  4. Next to your pet’s name, click on Cancel

  5. Select your cancellation reason and click Cancel Plan

That’s all! If you wish to cancel for more than one pet, you just have to repeat the steps with that pet.

 

Once we receive your cancellation request, a customer care specialist will reach out to you within 3 working days. Please note that cancellations need to be reviewed, and it will be approved if all the terms & conditions are met.
