Before you start the claim process, please ensure:
- You've uploaded your pet's vaccination card
- You've updated your pet's microchip number (only required for dogs)
- You've updated your bank account information

Key Terms & Conditions for Claims:
- It's advisable to submit your claim within 7 days of the incident. However, you have up to 30 days to complete your claim.
- The first symptom date should not fall within the 30-day waiting period.
How to submit a claim:
- Login to your Oyen account here: Login page
- On your dashboard, click on Claim your bills, and then click on the pet you wish to make a claim for
- Select the type of claim you would like to make
- Complete the form with as many information as possible:
- Name of clinic & doctor you visited
- Date of first symptom & treatment
- Amount of final vet bill
- Upload supporting documents (itemised vet bills, medical reports, photos, and receipts)
- Answer additional questions: provide information on the cause and description of the situation which you're claiming
- After submitting, you'll receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we've received your claim.
What's next?
- Your claim will undergo a review, typically completed in 3-4 weeks.
- Our team may reach out if further information is needed.
- You will be informed of any updates via email/ your Oyen dashboard.
