How do I claim under my Oyen Pet Wellness plan?

The Oyen Preventive Care Plan has been updated to the Oyen Pet Wellness plan as of 3 October 2023.

If you purchased the Oyen Preventive Care Plan prior to 3 October 2023, the details & benefits of your plan will be slightly different than the following.

After visiting the vet and getting the preventive/routine treatments done, you may submit the claim to Oyen to receive your reimbursement. Please make sure your claim is within 30 days of your treatment date. The treatment date here refers to the date on the vet bill/ invoice. 

Here are the steps to make a claim:

  1. Submit a claim through Google Form
    The link to the Google Form can be found in your welcome email.
  2. Make sure the Vet Bill/ Invoice has the following information:
    1. Itemised bill showing clear breakdown of medical cost 
    2. Details of vet clinic (name, address and contact details)
    3. Pet's name
    4. Pet owner's name
    5. Date and time of treatment 
    6. Total amount paid
  3. Claim Review from Oyen
    1. Oyen will review the claim and we will notify you via email on your claim status (whether approved/ denied) within 3 working dates.

      Do note that Oyen reserves the right to approve or deny claims if any of the above conditions are not fulfilled. If you want to understand what you are not able to claim under this plan, click here.
  4. Reimbursement from Oyen
    Once your claim has been approved, Oyen will reimburse you directly within 5 working days from the approval date. The funds will be transferred to the bank account that you provided.

    Do note that the amount that will be reimbursed to you is capped at the maximum amount of each benefit shown on your preferred plan.
